Nutrition
Nutrition is a vital but often overlooked factor in oral health. I work with patients to develop proper nutritional habits.
I’m a proud member of the Canadian Clinicians for Therapeutic Nutrition, a group of physicians & health professionals who are dedicated to using proper nutrition to reverse metabolic disease and improve people’s health and well-being.
When you’re in my care, I’m more than just your dentist. I’m looking out for your well-being, and my goal is to work with you for many years to come, ensuring that you’re making the best choices not only for good oral health but for an overall state of wellness. I look forward to beginning that conversation with you, and answering any questions you may have about nutrition.
